An addiction destroys families as much as it destroys individuals.
Although, family, friends and coworkers may not be addicted themselves, their lives are greatly affected by the addictive behavior of a loved one and they too need support, advice and the opportunity to share and learn. This need has lead to the birth of the H.O.P.E. Initiative.
The Hope Initiative is a team of caring individuals wanting to help those affected by addiction get the help they need. Nowhere in Schuylkill County, PA can you find the support that you will find with us.
Hope Line Ministry
This is Faith’s emergency prayer line. If you have anything that you need or want prayer for this Team will immediately begin praying for you. The Team will pray for your request until they are notified of any changes. These are dedicated friends who are interested in your well-being.
If you have a special prayer request, we would like to know about it. Please contact Pastor Doug at email@example.com or (570) 640-6533, or Linda McElvaney at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Quiet Strength Prayer Team
This brand new Ministry will be prayer warriors for individuals during each week. They will be praying for at least two of Faith’s members or attenders and contact them through the mail with a card and well-wishes.
This Ministry is a tremendous outreach for our church. The Ministry contacts everyone who has a hospital visit, loses a loved one, or is going through tough times with flowers, cards or kind words and support. The Ministry is responsible for remembering birthdays and anniversaries, special occasions or any note worthy event in our family’s lives. Direct and indirect donations are made on the churches behalf. The Ministry is always looking for ways to encourage the lives of our friends and families.
Faith Touch utilizes several methods to develop funding for their ministry, such as the Faith clothing line, our flower drives and the Redners and Boyers Club Cards. Please help support this ministry by supporting their funding efforts.
